Visualize your Splunk alerts and manage them efficiently with Cisco Spark.
You can set-up custom alerts from Splunk that will link to specific Cisco Spark rooms by following the procedure at Splunk.pdf. Each triggered alert will create a Cisco Spark room by adding the relevant agents (subject matter experts) assigned to the ticket and providing them with an overview of the problem.
@dax is the chat-bot that will help you resolve your incidents and close the Spark room. You can log a message to describe the problem and solution, this message will be saved in Splunk.
