This bridges Cisco Webex with the Operator Messenger Platform, allowing you to send text messages to clients directly from your Cisco Webex account.
Operator Messenger Services has created an easy, secure and reliable way for you to link your Cisco Webex services. This will bring texts from your numbers configured with Operator Messenger to your Cisco Webex account, streamlining the process and allowing you to text your clients either as a direct message or in a broadcast group.
To use this app you will need a Cisco Webex account as well as well as a paid subscription with Operator Messenger. Please find more information on pricing and subscriptions at operatorapp.io or email email@example.com.
How to begin:
Once you have your accounts set up with both Operator Messenger and Cisco Webex. Add the bot to a space or direct message, by inviting the bot with firstname.lastname@example.org, you can also save the bot as a contact.
Once the bot is added to a space, type "connect"; in a direct message or "@operator connect" in a group message. This will connect you to your Operator account.
Once your account is connected, type "new" in a direct message or "@operator new" in a group message, to begin a new text message.
You will then be prompted with additional instructions to set up a direct text message or a group text message.
