New for 2022, AniLive is a free embedded app that facilitates capturing anonymous feedback in real-time during a Webex meeting using emojis and free text - empowering users to measure audience sentiment as topics are discussed.



Here’s how to get started:


1. Start a Webex meeting, click on apps, and open AniLive using "open together."
2. Enter your company email address, which is used only to send you a link to your AniLive Report Portal for retrieving meeting reports.

3. Select “show” to let all participants see the feedback as it comes in, or select “hide” to keep it visible only to the host.

4. Once your meeting has ended, if selected you will receive an email 2 hours after the meeting ends with a link to your AniLive report portal.

Note: We recommend you record your meeting, so you can match the timestamps in your AniLive report to the time a topic was discussed in the meeting.
