Dashbot will create multi-purpose dashboards for your team spaces. If you manage field staff, remote workers or mobile teams then Dashbot will come in handy. Team members can send their job related status updates or their current work locations to Bot. Managers can view these daily updates from a central dashboard. Creating your own team dashboard is easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Add "Dashbot@webex.bot" to the Teams space
2. Send "@dashbot create dashboard" in that Teams space.
3. Dashbot will create the dashboard, add all the members and send you the link.

You can use your Webex login details to access the Dashboard URL.

Team members will be notified when they are added to the dashboard. Team members can start 1-to-1 messaging with Bot. Interacting with Dashbot is really easy. Any message you send to Bot will be updated in the dashboard in real-time.

Also managing the dashboard is really simple too. Any changes made to the team memberships will also be tracked by Bot and will be reflected in the dashboard in real-time.
