ExtendedCare offers a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth solution designed for enterprise use, with smooth integration into Epic Hyperspace and Hyperdrive, along with Epic Monitor. The platform supports virtual consultations via video, remote patient monitoring, virtual nursing services, and control of pan-tilt-zoom cameras remotely, while being compatible with various professional medical devices and Cisco systems such as RoomKit. The platform runs entirely in the browser—no app download required—and supports all major language interpretation services, along with closed caption transcription.
To begin using ExtendedCare, customers will need an enterprise Webex account with a properly configured organization setup. In addition, each telehealth provider will be required to have a paid Webex user account. An ExtendedCare organization and corresponding user accounts will be created on your behalf.
