With the Google Tasks bot for Webex, you can quickly create, update, or search for Tasks and Subtasks directly from a group or 1 on 1 space. You can even receive notifications when tasks are created, updated, or marked complete, adding extra visibility to your project management processes.

Connect the Google Tasks bot to your spaces and take the following actions:

• Create new Lists, Tasks, and Subtasks

• Update Task and Subtask descriptions and Due Dates

• Search for Tasks and Subtasks

• Mark Tasks and Subtasks Complete

You can receive the customizable notifications below:

• Task List Created

• Task Created, Updated, or Marked Complete

To get started, go to your selected Webex space, then type "@" and select Google Tasks, followed by the command: help.
