It analyzes and reports call info including session ids, call participant list, call duration, means used, directory numbers, trunks etc. It can also integrate with LDAP servers to add organizational info in the reports. Other enhancements include (a) consolidation of user info for calls and meetings made using CUCM, Webex CC and other collaboration tools, and (b) calls and meetings consolidated statistics per team, cost center, branch etc. MISTER CA is subscription-based app with very competitive prices. There are 3 subscription plans: Basic (free), Advanced, Enterprise. To use MISTER CA, you will need a Webex account and a MISTER CA Metrics account with any of the above subscription plans.
