The integration with Webex allows users to connect their Webex spaces with WordPress websites and other apps, like MailChimp and ZOHO CRM. Users can use Semplisio to create their own workflows, even if they are not developers:
- Create a space when someone fills out your website’s ticket form
- Update the space when the status of a ticket is updated
- Send a message when someone writes in the space
- Delete a space when the ticket is closed
The integration is free.
All you need to start is:
- your Webex account
- your Semplisio account
How to start:
- Go to Semplisio > Piattaforme and create a new connector.
