Offered as a scalable software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, ServiceOcean enhances traditional hold queues by enabling precisely scheduled callbacks—minimizing abandonment rates, reducing agent workload, and improving overall operational efficiency. To get started, begins by initiating contact with ServiceOcean for a two-month pilot phase to onboard the service. The configuration is done in the ServiceOcean Portal. On client side existing waiting queues need to forward calls to ServiceOcean's predefined numbers or SIP targets when wait times exceed set thresholds. Finally, prioritized waiting queues need to be setup to allow the ServiceOcean callback system to efficiently execute scheduled callbacks. It requires non-Webex accounts and a paid license Webex account. App Pricing is based on call volume and requires a subscription. A three month trial subscription is available.
