TeamHub displays on your office TVs what your team considers important in your teams' Webex spaces. To display your TeamHub content on the big screen you can either use Chromecast, pair your office TV manually or use it on your Webex Room Kit.

Who can add messages to the TeamHub feed? That’s the fun - everyone from your Webex team. You can share text messages, images or even youtube videos. Each message is displayed for 35 seconds on the screen. TeamHub broadcasts posts from the last 24 hours only.

How to share messages? Just add #news in your message and it will appear on the TV. The message has to be sent in a public team space, not in a private conversation. You can remove your message from the broadcast by editing your Webex message and removing the #news. You just need an active Webex account and a TeamHub account. To get started, simply go to https://teamhub.tv/faq for more instructions.
