Texting allows text, SMS, & MMS messages into and out of Webex. It is extremely easy to use because it is exactly like the texting application you use on your smartphones. The application currently requires an O365 account and paid license Webex account. It is available through Solutions Plus and on the Cisco Global Price List. To use this application you must have a subscription. To begin the process email sales@approvedcontact.com for pricing.
After successfully installing the Texting application, add New_Text@webex.bot to the same space to receive Webex notifcations for new inbound text messages.
