Integration by Cisco Systems

Cisco brings the integration with Google workspace to provide a ‘single inbox’ view for work emails and voicemails for end users using the Gmail client. The users get an enriched experience where they can play the received voicemail, compose a fresh voice message, Reply to / Forward an incoming message as a voice message – all from the comfort of the Gmail client. Users can also opt for getting the text transcription of the voice messages which enhances the productivity even further.

To get started, simply go to CUC 14 to download the Unity Connection installer. You will need to create a Google Workspace account for which our Sales team can help. Please visit Unified Messaging with Google Workspace for further more instructions on configurations and details of the functionality.

Customers would need to deploy Cisco Unity Connection and have mailbox user licenses procured. Details of the ordering and licenses can be obtained from : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/spark-flex-plan/guide-c07-744224.html
