Service App by User Evidence

Automatically reward advocates for attending your Webex meetings and webinars. UserEvidence reads attendance reports (read-only), matches attendees by email, and logs points in your advocacy program — no manual attendee lists, no double awards.

Service App by User Evidence

UserEvidence Attendance Reader automatically rewards advocates for attending your Webex meetings and webinars. After each event, UserEvidence reads the attendance report (read-only), matches attendees to your advocacy program by email, and logs points in each advocate's profile — no manual attendee lists, no double awards. The app cannot create, modify, or join meetings; access can be revoked in Control Hub anytime.

Getting started: you need a UserEvidence account with the Advocacy program and a Webex organization with a Meetings or Webinars license. Not yet a customer? Book a demo at https://userevidence.com/book-demo/ and our team will create your account. A Webex org administrator then authorizes this Service App in Control Hub (one-time, ~5 minutes; step-by-step guide on our landing page) and your UserEvidence Customer Success Manager completes the setup.

Pricing: included with a paid, quote-based UserEvidence subscription — visit https://userevidence.com/book-demo/ to contact our sales team.
