Before an event, it matches pending registration requests to your advocate roster by email and approves recognized members; anyone else stays pending for the host to decide. Afterward, it reads the attendance report, matches attendees by email, and logs points in their profile - no manual lists, no double awards. Write access is used only to approve or decline registrants: the app never creates, modifies, cancels, or joins meetings, and is revocable in Control Hub anytime.
Getting started: you need a UserEvidence account with the Advocacy program and a Webex organization with a Meetings or Webinars license. Not a customer yet?
