Ving Room app provides seamless integration to connect with Webex meeting in a Ving device within the Webex application itself.
To start using this app, look for "Ving Room" in Webex apps menu. This application requires meeting link and other information, which is considered as personally identifiable information(PII) and may need to approve the access. Below is the app flow,
- Sign in with your Ving account.
- After signing in, Webex account needs to be linked to Ving account.
- Once the accounts are linked, then user will be able to join the current meeting in the room by entering the room id.
- Microphone, camera and speaker of the room can be controlled within the app.
- If the user is the meeting host, then they should be able to end the meeting the room by simply leaving the meeting in Webex.
