Every time a meeting is created in the context of a Salesforce object, it is automatically tied to that object and appears in the Webex Meetings Widget. Users can record the meeting and attach both recording and transcript to the Salesforce object.
MESSAGING
Both new and existing Webex collaboration spaces may be associated to a Salesforce object. The Messaging component provides easy access to the relevant spaces and their history, directly from Salesforce.
CALLING
Users may quickly call object-specific contacts, in-context, or dial any number through the global dialer.
